When we receive your submission, we will notify you by text and email and invite you to secure your spot – and that of up to 1 guest – with a $1,000 deposit per person.
We will send you an invoice for your deposit and will follow up to collect your balance a few months before departure (the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to departure; deposits become non-refundable 60 days prior to departure)

20 CME Credits (PRA AMA Category 1)
